Verandas are the boundary between your home and garden. It offers you an extended outdoor living area. It is great for entertaining or just the simple pleasures that transforms everyday living. Verandas are also designed for the simple pleasures in life, reading a good book and a glass of home-made lemonade. It shades you from the sunshine and shelters you from the rain. You could use your veranda most of the year, only the winter months would be excluded.

You can add a veranda to your mobile home or park home,  making it more safe and secure for the whole family, including your pets.It extends your outdoor living accomodation area. It's low maintenance, safe and a cost effective way of enjoying the outdoors.

Verandas are usually made from a heavy duty pressure treated timber sub-frame. This absorbs all sounds and creates a solid base. Steel sub-frames are an option but are about 40% more expensive than timber sub-frames. Timber sub-frames are probably a better option as caravans, chalets and mobile homes are timber sub-framed anyway. There are a choice of colours such as; white, cream, beige, green, light oak, golden oak and  woodgrain effect.

 Front Section Veranda For Mobile Homes & Park Homes:

Front section verandas are ideal for mobile/park homes that have front opening doors. This type of design can be adapted to any width of park home to provide total enclosure. Also it provides added security for young children and pets. 

Also you can have fitted matching uPVC steps and gate to provide access. 

Side Section Veranda For Mobile Homes & Park Homes:

This type of veranda is designed to cover the side of the mobile/park home. It can be used to provide excellent seating around just one door, or extended to both doors. This can be installed as a total enclosure or fitted with matching uPVC steps and gate. Also it will provide extra security for young children and pets.

L-Shaped Section Veranda For Mobile Homes & Park Homes:

This type of style is very popular as it extends your living area to the front and side of your mobile/park home. It allows access to the side doors by way of a walkway which can be designed to cover one door or both in varying widths.This can be installed as a total enclosure or fitted with matching uPVC steps and gate. Also it provides sufficient security for young children and pets.

 Mobile Home & Veranda Wall Cladding:

You could add the finishing touches to your mobile home or veranda with matching wall cladding in either beige or white. If you use beige cladding and your mobile home is white, the cladding will stand out and look even more attractive than matching cladding. Cladding helps to improve the insulation qualities in the cold winter months and protect the chassis. Also wall cladding on the veranda looks rather attractive too.

Service doors can be fitted to cladding, allowing easy access to water, gas and electric service points. All cladding is simple to remove and can be relocated very easily. 

Cladding can be used very effectively to renovate tired looking mobile homes. If cladding is added, there is a reduction in drafts under your mobile home. This will make your mobile home easier to heat during cold spells. Your grounds and garden will stay in perfect shape. Wall cladding has a long life and is resistant to impact, corrosion and storms.

Brick-Effect Wall Cladding For Park Homes:

You can have brick-effect wall cladding especially designed for park homes. It offers a feeling of living in a real house rather than a park home. It comes in a choice of two colours; rustica or grey to match your roof tiles and bay window canopy. 

The plain coloured cladding is more suitable for mobile homes rather than the brick-effect cladding. All the gas, electric and water services, including waste pipes are concealed behind the cladding skirt. The occupier can gain easy access for maintenance of all these services. Simply remove an inspection panel. Brick-effect cladding skirts give a uniform, pristine effect to the whole park home site.

 Decking For Mobile Homes & Park Homes:

Decking actually extends your outdoor living space, allowing you to spend more time relaxing outside. You can soak up the sunshine, tend your flowers/plants, entertain guests or have breakfast with the birds. You couldn't be closer to nature as this. Also if you use patio heaters at night, you can keep warm under the stars. 

Decking is made with a super-strong galvanised steel sub-frame  and reinforced cellular PVCu decking boards. It provides stability, long life and enjoyment outdoors. 

If you wrap your decking around three sides of your mobile/park home, it will make your mobile/park home appear small and awkward.  Also it will make your mobile/park home feel enclosed and sufficated by the decking. A wraparound design should be minimized to one side and the rear of the mobile/park home. Another popular design for mobile home decks is a single-side deck running across the full front of the mobile/park home, or one full side. Single-side designs can actually make your home look bigger, especially if you extend your mobile home's roof to cover all or part of the deck.
